Went to swiss cottage with my sister. Got a mini tour around what we needed which was good. Changing area was nice and get access to the spa via the changing rooms. The spa is basic which we knew when we paid for it so thats not an issue. It had a sauna, steam room, monsoon shower with different settings and a bench area. Our issue with it is around the benches there was a faint smell which smelt like urine to us but could have been a bad drain. Our treatments were lovely and staff were absolutely amazing. Ann marie and Natalia were brilliant! And this spa is lucky to have staff like them as they make a spa with mediocre facilities worth returning too!

I've had this massage several times, so I generally know what to expect. But this time around it was not at all the usual full body massage. It was basically 45 mins of a back massage. I was disappointed and the therapist seemed so shy that I didn't want to say anything and make her feel bad but there was no one else I could mention it to. I will go back because this was an anomaly in my usual experience.
