On line Booking does not indicate actual treatment time point and 2hr Thermal spa appointment.
Without my agreement the treatment time appointment were arranged.
Could not get a receptionist on the phone easily.
Took ages to get an operator and she was not helpful rather arragant.
Steam room was disrupted for a while.
Those area need to be improved.
The therapist was very experienced.
However my treatment did not start on time.
