No frills. Jacuzzi is a hydrotherapy pool which I was notified does not get very hot, which is fine but another guest hogged it for 2h straight.

I really enjoy the massage every time I go but the booking system is quite unreliable to be honest. you might get booked or cancelled, I've had 2 massages which had been cancelled and rescheduled both times. i think they need to.sort out the booking

The spa and facial were amazing. My only complaint was that the robes have no ties to keep them closed so you have to walk around holding your robe closed and then there was no hot water that day to take a shower after my spa experience
