Good pedicure apart from towards the end when she cut my toe which resulted it pain and quite a lot of bleeding. It’s still sensitive and not fully healed now. The staff member was lovely tho. The experience up until then was fine.

Very disappointing experience at the Kensington Leisure Centre thermal spa. No staff to check me in, had to go to reception twice. Was given a tiny towel, no proper facilities. Sauna only 40°C, steam room and infrared sauna out of order, no water available. Chairs were dirty and smelly. Poorly managed, unhygienic, and not worth the money. Would not recommend until major improvements are made.

The facial was 50 minutes long. 10 minutes of that was a very slowly written questionnaire. 5 minutes of that was leaving the room while I took my top off. And another 5 minutes when the therapist took a phone call in the middle of the facial (after the phone rang several times). So overall the actually facial was not very long.
