What a great service I felt a million dollars after.

I have been many times to visit the spa but my last visit was pretty awful..There was no one at the reception when I checked in, had to go join a long queue downstairs, they did not have any towels to give us, the sauna was broken and no one told us ahead of booking.
A real shame...

It wasn't worth the price, sauna was really weak. We didn't get towels from the reception neither the token. No one checked us in on the system just said go upstairs and use this code.
