The facilities are great, there are never too many people, so it’s relaxing for all and staff are friendly and helpful

the spa was very clean and relaxing. took a while for the steam room & jacuzzi to heat up but once fed back to the team, the fixed it immediately. the only downside is the shower in the changing rooms - both men & women's had several drain flies!
