purchased two spa experiences but was not informed key facilities were unavailable. Showers were closed, jacuzzi not working, and rainforest shower had no lighting. We left shortly after. This was unacceptable. Please issue a full refund.

Unfortunately only thing working was the sauna this day. Steam room, shower, and hot tub all out of order and changing room showers were Also out of order upstairs and downstairs. Spoke to center manager who said he’d provide a refund but still nothing a month later. Disappointed as this spa used to be very good.
