Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about Treadwell. I booked 4 salt massages for my bridesmaid. The spa contacted me to say they didn't have any salt. So we had to cancel. It was February 15th, and I still haven't received a refund of £240. Treadwell is impossible to contact. They have no PHONE number or EMAIL address. I need to contact Acting Fraud and file a criminal complaint. I can't believe something that's supposed to be about relaxation and enjoyment has turned into a nightmare.

This was 15 of February and still hasn’t been refunded £240 IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT TREATWELL NO PHONE NUMBER, NOT EMAIL, REPLY I have to contact Acting fraud and open a criminal report. I “CANNOT BELIEVE “ something that supposed to be relax and enjoy tourn into a nightmare.

Much better this time as the atmosphere was right, previously the lights was on for first hour and few cleaning products left out.
So very happy all was well. Looking forward to using again and to book other services at the centre.
