Awful experience from start to end. The therapist did not say a word to me and I ended up with an abysmal manicure and half done pedicure. I received a full refund and then the manager refused to respond to my subsequent emails.

My massage therapist Gloria gave me an amazing massage and was very attentive with the ability to problem solve as there was a misunderstanding with my booking. I also loved the thermal bed the massage was done on, it felt like a warm hug.
This was the first time using the spa, and Gloria was helpful giving me all the info i needed. The spa was clean and felt like I stepped in to a retreat rather than my local leisure centre.
Highly recommend and will be definitely going again
