The facial and the beauticians were exceptionally superb and were very professional in the way they carried out the treatment from beginning to end. However, I was most dissatisfied with how we were treated by the receptionist upon entering the spa. She was very abrupt in the way she handled my queries and treated my friend like we were scum. I had misunderstood something yet instead of being helpful she was accusing and demanding in an agressive way which made me feel threatened. This is not something I'd expect to see in a spa that should be full of ambience. For this reason, I will not be returning to the leisure centre and will not be recommending this place to my friends as I wouldn't want any of them to go through the ordeal I went through.
Classic Facials
It was our first time to go to this place and it really delivered to our expectations. Facilities are clean and our entire experience went smoothly. Our favourite part would be using the monsoon shower and the steam room. Definitely a good place to go for a girls day out.
Steam and Sauna Therapy
I've been to the Kensington leisure centre for a pregnancy massage.
The ambience was really nice with soft music and the treatment chair super comfortable.
The massage itself was super relaxing and took an hour and fifteen minutes. Definitely good value for money.
Pregnancy Massage
It’s advertised as a 1 hour and 15 min massage but is in fact just a 1 hour massage- which they 100% should make people aware of as I left feeling a little cheated.
