Pretty small and fairly spa but very friendly staff. Normal showers were out of action though, so showering afterwards wasn't great. I've been to the equivalent spa in Old Street which is much bigger and worth the extra money. Kensington was fine for £10 though!

Very clean place, both the spa area and the changing rooms/toilets. The spa area is smaller than I expected but for a few hours of relax it has everything you need. Staff was helpful and professional. We left feeling relaxed and will definitely go again.

Great ambience and refreshing massage. The oils they use are beautiful and the aroma lingered until much later after my massage. Would definitely visit again.
