overall it's good value for money. The jacuzzi could have been warmer. In the past I've had better experiences there. There was a big group of women who were very loud and kept all the sunbeds for themselves eventhough they weren't using them. Also a lot of women were in their clothes while using the spa (it was a lady's day), not sure if it's hygienic!
The best part was the quiet relaxation area with spa music and tea.

I booked a Thermal and La Sultane De Saba Head In The Clouds experience for my sisters birthday. We both enjoyed the experience and recommend others to also book a Thermal and La Sultane De Saba Head In The Clouds experience. When we first arrived staff on reception were friendly and helpful and the La Sultane De Saba Head In The Clouds experience was nice and relaxing. The Thermal experience was also satisfying and the facilities were clean.
