The staff were very friendly. It was my first time there and I went for a 3 hour thermal experience.
The spa was really clean. The changing area, showers and of course the spa area was extremely clean.
I was very relaxed at the end of my session. I did not have a treatment on this occasion but will return and have one then.

The spa was cold on arrival (the sauna and steam room). The jacuzzi was cold the whole day, the receptionist told me it was supposed to be a “lukewarm” jacuzzi - not sure if anyone would ever want to bathe in a lukewarm jacuzzi. When speaking to another member of staff he said it felt very cold and was usually warm, when I raised this with the spa receptionist she said that it is never warm (despite the sign next to it saying it should be 40degreesc). I would not go back.

We had a really lovely spa experience and couples Elemis Touch (massage and facial). The treatments were relaxing and professional, and staff communicated well. The only complaint was we overran by 20 minutes, which meant we were rushing to get to our dinner booking, and didn't have time for the upselling of products after the treatment!
