The spa is very clean and we were provided a lovely thick robe, towel (not super thick) and flip flops.The spa area itself was smaller than I expected, thought there would be a pool. The jacuzzi, we were told, is a hydrolic spa which means it's not meant to be hot. A few women complained.Once you are in it for a while, it doesn't feel as cold. I thought there would be a pool but there isn't. The head in clouds treatment was great but too short! The relaxation room is super comfy. Went on a Wed.
