One of the worse experiences I’ve had in receiving a pedicures. Sadly, my toe was filed so harshly it was cut across the top of my nail and the whole experience from there was not relaxing at all as everything from soaking, scrub to nail vanish remover stung.
It is a shame as other treatments at the spa have been great!

Facial was ok but staff member performing the facial was extremely cold and off. Receptionist lovely and spa itself was ok. Not luxury. Steam room was good.
