I asked (and booked) for a deep tissue and the therapist basically put oil on my back... I asked multiple times for her to increase the pressure but she did not. I will not be going back.

I used the thermal spa and received the rose facial whilst here. The rose facial was exceptional, and the masseuse Ebonyi was very professional and kind. She explained aspects of the facial willingly when I asked (it had been a while since I had a facial!). She even gave a little head and shoulder massage! And the bed was heated which made it even more relaxing.
The spa itself was nice - on the small side, but considering how reasonably priced it is, it's good! Just wish the jacuzzi was warmer.

I loved the rose facial treatment I had, and the staff were very friendly. I would say the only downfall is the facilities of the spa and the size of the place once you enter. It’s rather dark and boxy. Not very “spa like”. They had a steam room,sauna and not so hot, hot tub. We got a little bored after 1.5 hours despite having access for 3 hours. However, the quiet room was very relaxing and we enjoyed that.
