Spa is lovely and clean. The spa itself isn’t that big but definitely enough. I thought I’ll struggle to not get bored in 3 hours but I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The sauna and steam room is great, also was very surprised by their thermal shower, it had different rainfall/ storm/ mist settings that were so realistic. The light in the spa is darkened and it’s quiet which I loved. My painful muscles and joints eased in the heat and the pain went away. I will definitely be coming back.

Please note that the spa facilities are not included. When I explained that the listing had shown it was, staff disagreed and charged £16 for it. Staff listened to me and service was efficient. The facilities were fantastic. Staff said they would pass on my feedback about a dirty shower to the cleaners. I lost £1, swallowed by the locker to get my band, had to put another one in. The massage was fantastic. Service with a smile was appreciated from one member of staff.

Overcrowded and facilities on offer were not great as there was not a lot of selection. I was expecting much more. Also there was no hot water in the showers and even the water in the jacuzzi was cold. I won't be visiting again.
