I booked the spa day with a treatment for my friend's bday. I was positively surprised at how well managed and clean the facilities were. Even though the spa section is quite small and it tends to be busy at times, we did not have any problems of using areas we liked. The only thing that bothered me slightly is that the dry relaxation area was a bit loud. Other guests treated it as a social area and didn't bother about the rest of the people there.

Second time at this spa experience and it was so lovely again. It’s great that the groups in each session are really small, keeps it feeling really peaceful and private. There was a mistake with our booking and the staff were so understanding and really helpful in smoothing this over with no questions. So professional! Thank you! Will be back again soon :)

Overall a really good experience, such value for money with great facilities. I had the 3 hour day spa session with a body scrub. the treatment was very nice and the lady was so professional.
The spa itself was very clean with a really nice relaxing room. Unfortunately the steam room was out of order when I went which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. The only thing is the session was fully booked and with full capacity there isn’t enough loungers for you to lie down, relax and read your book.
