Spa experience has had a little facelift on the outside looks very plush and inviting. Staff on reception lovely as always. Great to have a towel part of the package, was not too busy for a Sunday and drinks were constantly topped up.

This was my second facial with Afonso at The Spa Experience in Kensington Leisure Centre, and I’ll definitely be coming back! The entire experience was incredibly calming, and I left with my skin feeling absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place!
