Although the treatment and facilities at the spa were enjoyable, unfortunately, our overall experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with the receptionist upon our arrival. We had booked a package that included spa access and a treatment, but my friend unintentionally and mistakenly booked the wrong treatment. Despite our request for options or solutions, the receptionist was rude, confrontational, and unhelpful. This really ruined our whole experience.
