I have been going to this spa for several years. I usually have a very good time and wonderful experience. However I did not have this experience recently. There was a customer in the spa with a phone. I acknowledge that due to utility costs we are all trying to save, but to be in the midst of using an facility, you dont want it to turn off and have no ability to turn it back on. This happed in the Hot tub, the steam room and the infra red relaxer. Really affected the experience.
