Massage with Kelly was great but I booked through Treatwell App and the spa didn't get the booking even though I received email confirmation, the slot was double booked (which I was informed after waiting an hour) so I had to rearrange for the week later.

Absolutely amazing massage - I have quite bad knots in my shoulders and the therapist that I had really made an effort to work on these whilst ensuring that I had an overall relaxing experience. I loved the treatment so much that I booked a package deal for 6 more as soon as I got out!
