The treatments itself were excellent, however the reception staff paid little attention to detail, a mop bucket was in the corridor unattended for the whole duration of our stay (3 hours) not giving a feelig of smart and a treat - I come toget away from my mop. Empty, used plastic cups were left out in the reception area. The chairs in reception had a footspa sitting on the foot stool so you couldnt put your feet up. The robes didnt have ties to tie them up to give you any privacy and the flip flops were both too small (I am a size 5) and very worn.
