Rosie is a fantastic therapist- applying a perfect pressure and ensures all knots are worked on. The massage itself was wonderful but I have experienced treatments being cut short which is a shame- 45 mins instead of the advertised 50 mins.

Spa destroyed by kids, steam room too bright and sauna barely warm. More needs to be done to ensure the experience works EVERY TIME.
