Used bowls for our feet- didn't seem sanitary
Didn't clean nail equipment in between uses
My nail polish was applied very poorly, was redone, but still not brilliant
Took 20 mins longer than expected as polish was so poor, had to sit in a waiting area
Could hear gym music in background- not relaxing

Very reasonably priced and when I go there the staff are always professional and friendly. Great spa.
The treatment was exactly as described, left my skin feeling fresh and glowing. It was a lovely touch that the therapist had made the scrub so knew exactly what was in it and asked if I had any allergies.
