I arrived on time. No-one in reception to greet me. In fact no one around at all. Can't sit down and wait as chairs have other furniture piled on them. Looking around there is evidence staff are in process of closing and cleaning up. Go into escape room no one there. A therapist arrives and asks me to sit in escape room. A few more staff arrive. Then my therapist very nice lady. She leaves the room whilst I get ready for my treatment........for a long time! Eventually, I leave the room to find out where my therapist is. Unfortunately this second therapist finds this very amusing not the reaction you would expect, my treatment is already running 20 mins late and it hadn't even started. The treatment and my therapist were very good ..... but customer service and professional image was lost!!

About 6 nail polishes to choose from
Used bowls for our feet- didn't seem sanitary
Didn't clean nail equipment in between uses
My nail polish was applied very poorly, was redone, but still not brilliant
Took 20 mins longer than expected as polish was so poor, had to sit in a waiting area
Could hear gym music in background- not relaxing
