It was a great experience. The staff were really friendly and it was easy to book through Treatwell. I didn't use any other spa facilities but from what I can see it looked great.

First time having reflexology and it was absolutely lovely, I don’t think I’ve ever been more relaxed without actually being asleep! It was also really interesting to get some feedback from the therapist about what she’d interpreted. The only downside is the location of the spa (right next to the gym)

A great place to get a massage but they tend to get the appointment times you book in Treatwell mixed up so I recommend following up with a call to confirm. Last time I went, my appointment was 15 minutes delayed because of this kind of mix up and another time they didn't have my Treatwell appointment in the diary at all so had to reschedule. The loud music from the gym (which the spa is part of) is a little distracting as well and takes away from the relaxation. But those things aside, all in all it's great value for money. I go regularly for massages. The Elemis oils used are divine and so far, I have always come away feeling totally rejuvenated.
