1. Great therapist who provided a very lovely facial
2. Great customer service
3. Good value for money if you are after a cheap deal
Negatives:
1. Customer parking has not got facilities to pay either by card or over the telephone hence need to get cash in advance and also it does not give any change, so be prepared
2. Spa facilities are very dated and some of the facilities are out of order
3. Spa reception is not easy to find once within the centre
