it was an amazing experience the massage was so good and relaxing I almost slept. definitely recommend.
From the moment I walked in til I walked out, I kept feeling that surely this can’t be the place that has so many reviews and charges £45 per massage - I felt like I was being tricked!
To begin with, I arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes until I got taken to the room where I’d have my massage. There was no apology or explanation around being late. I was taken to my room, and waited another 10 minutes for the masseuse to come in. I had booked a Thai massage with Kim - she wasn’t the masseuse that came through the door. I was very disappointed frankly, and the response I got oh yeah you booked online, Kim only does weekends- no apologies, not asking if I still wanted to have the massage.
The massage was mediocre at best, the person doing it didn’t put enough pressure apart from where I told her not to, my lower back which I have problems with - she constantly put so much pressure on up to the point I jumped up a couple of times in pain.
Massive disappointment and not what I paid for. Also, £45 for this is sincerely far too much. I probably wouldn’t pay more than £25 considering what the place looked like and the ambience - very worn towels with holes and discoloured, there was no face hole in the massage table and it took me a long time to find a comfortable position whilst lying on my front.
I’ve also noticed all the reviews that aren’t positive just get a response along the lines of ‘visit us again to see how we are doing ? Again, no incentive, no apologies, no concept of customer service.
I really was excited when I booked the massage cause of all of the positive reviews here- however based on my personal experience I would not recommend Spa Diamond.

I had a back massage while visiting Birminghamand it was absolutely amazing. I actually fell asleep at one point. It was very relaxing and I felt at ease.
