Great staff once again and a massage that made me feel very relaxed. Probably my favourite spa in Birmingham.
The place feels premium and well worth the price. The staff are so friendly!
we got there early and had to wait an hour because there was a problem with some equiptment, but that was fine though because kailey was really nice and offered us complimentary spa baths which we declined but it was fine the place was really nice clean and the rooms were as nice as they looked in the pictures. we decided to have a thai, swedish massage mix but the fact that there was no hole for ur head was a bit rubbish and made the massage a little uncomfortable. the music went off part way through and my massause left part way through the massage to turn it back on but didnt explain. it was really hot in the room im guessing because we were practically naked but it was a bit too hot even the massause was hot. i found the massage a bit rough and not very relaxing ive never had a thai massage before but i expects its ment to leave you feeling better after. but to be honest the whole experience was painful. and im aching all over now. The staff were really nice but the massage wasnt very good atall my partner didnt enjoy his either he too said it was painful and that he didnt enjoy the thai element of the massage that much. The lady on the desk asked if we would come back and i did say yes because she was very nice but i wouldnt go back. me and my partner regularly get massages and have been looking for somewhere more local to go for a while now but the search continues.

It was alright. My partner did not like it much as she said it was not enough relaxing. I liked mine.
