Had a lovely relaxing stay.Staff very helpful. Facilities in spa and hotel were very good.
Lovely large hotel, nice room, pleasant staff, spa good but not large, 1 steam room was not working and very busy so people struggling for space. Meal was lovely and we really enjoyed our night away.
Easy enough to find location
Staff on reception happy and polite
Rooms "nice and clean" could do with a splash of colour (personal opinion)
Gym ok size, clean
Swimming pool clean, strange no natural lighting but liked the idea of the pretend window of the sun
Loved the steam room, sauna and igloo
The set spa menu for dinner was small but tasty enough
Breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from
I would recommend this place!!
Everything at the spa was great but the restaurant was a joke.. wasted an hour there waiting for EVERYTHING when we could have been done in 20 minutes.
