I spent £70.00 on the day package which included spa access, two treatments and a light lunch.
Upon arrival, my friends and I were greeted by the reception staff, she seemed very disorganised and a little flustered. Only 5 out of 7 of my group arrived at the same time, and this confused the reception staff to the point where I had to spend around 10minutes helping her check us in. A few of the girls had rang a few weeks ago to change their treatments, howver none of these amendments had been made on the system- so we had to spend even more time sorting that out.
The facilities are fantastic, the gym, spa and pool are all a pleasure to use. There is however, a big issue with the changing rooms... They are very small and certainly disn't cater for the amount of people who used the spa on a Sunday, I'm sure they suffice on a quite weekday. By the end of the day the changing rooms were filthy- old towels were thrown everywhere, hair was on the floor slog with used cotton wool, it was onvious that the staff didn't have time to often clean them.
Lunch was ok- you had the choice of sandwiches, and drinks, but we did have to wait a long time for our order, so much so that my friend had to eat her lunch very quickly before dashing downstairs for her treatment.
Overall, I wouldn't go here again, I feel like it wasn't good value for money and that the staff couldn't cope with a busy Sunday.

The hotel was lovely and easy to find. The facilities were clean and pleasant to use. The restaurant and champagne bar were very classy and the menu was lovely. My only disappointment was the fact that I could have been left without a treatment. When I booked this spa break it was not clear when booking that I had to contact the hotel directly to book my treatment. So when we arrived we were told that there were no treatments available. The hotel staff were lovely and advised they would try to find availability. Eventually the spa manager was able to offer me a back massage which was lovely but my boyfriend was unable to have any treatments which was very disappointing!!
