Had a brilliant time at the Mercure Sheffield St Paul's! Welcomed by a lovely receptionist when we arrived and our room was nice. Few discolouration patches on the toilet seat and sink but this didn't really bother me! The spa was lovely (I particularly liked the 'soft sun beds'!) however we didn't get robes or slippers provided (possibly because they weren't included in our package, however we weren't aware of this). Breakfast was also a bit bare I thought. Otherwise a lovely stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my trip from start to finish, super easy to find and plenty pointed out where to go. Room was amazing, very clean, well kept, great insulation and air conditioning. Food and dining experience was brilliant, best place I've eaten for a long time, and the best cocktails. The spa,wow. Super impressed, staff were amazing, knew their stuff and kept the place tidy. Best massage I've ever had too. Will be returning and recommending.
