Lovely weekend with attentive staff and clean facilities.

The hotel was excellent and the winter gardens attached where great to look at. The hotel is very unique. The room was nice and overall the hotel was clean. The treatment was fantastic and I would highly recommend the hot stone massage. The facilities were great and not too busy when we went in. There were 2 relaxation rooms, the pool was great and there were ample beds to lay on by the pool. The sauna, steam room, experience shower, aromatherapy room and ice room were also good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend. The hotel was also close by to many restraints and bars. Checking in and out was really easy.

We had a lovely time and I'd really like to rate it highly but the ice room wasn't working and the men fixing it were constantly in and out and leaving a door open. I know these things happen but it did affect our experience. Our treatments were lovely.

We spent a lovely day in the spa and had a 40 minute treatment with Alexandra which I would highly recommend. It was very relaxing.
