The spa is very limited, small and in need of repair and modernisation. We had a specific hot tub booking only to find out (after we had got into the hot tub) that it was actually out of order and awaiting repair! Both therapists were poorly (full of cold, coughing etc) but did not wear masks or offer them to us. The treatments were fantastic just the whole experience was left a little lacking from what it should have been.

I booked last minute for my brother. Not been here before but he wanted some tension out of his back. Chloe had already moved my agony & she was then able to give my brother a fantastic massage. He said she used just the right pressure & hit all the right points he’s been feeling were too tight. Brilliant experience. Very friendly. Helpful & kind.

Today was medicinal. I’d been on a spa day at another very well known spa (which cost ££) ever since I’ve been almost crippled with sciatica. Now I’m not saying Im cured but I’m lay on my back without agony & I’ve been unable to do that for week+ surviving on 2-3 hrs a night sleep. Pure desperation I booked the professionals (physio) which made no difference. And last minute booked the Southcrest. Absolutely fantastic. I almost felt her move the nerve. I might wake hurt, but sleep for now! A++
