An anniversary nightmare! DO NOT book this spa:
*emailed the spa 6 before arrival to swap treatments times… no reply! I also called daily.
*treatments were supposed to finished at 11.05 but ended at 10.55
*Sick assistant who kept coughing and had leave the room during our treatment
* Sauna and steam room filthy. There were toe nail clipping on the steam room floor!
*Hot tub filthy inside and out. Spiders webs and dust all around the shelter. The water had black bits floating in it. Jets broken

Had a lovely “mother and daughter” package afternoon, finally found somewhere where my daughter could experience the spa experience with me. We both had a lovely time and staff were very friendly.
