Really lovely stay, not many staff on due to covid which is understandable. Waited quite a while for a drink on occasion. Salon therapist exceptional. Made us very welcome and also staff on reception and in restaurant. Problem with the bill at check out but amended efficiently with no fuss. Only thing I would suggest is to take own pillow if staying over night as didn’t get much sleep at all. Bed was comfy though.

There were constant interruptions to my treatments, therapist continuing to leave the room due to the incorrect products being set up ready For the treatments I had booked . Also interruptions from the other therapist as certain equipment wasn’t working for her . I sat for nearly 2 hrs on a very uncomfortable chair It just wasn’t a relaxing experience. I still have hard skin on my feet after the pedicure. when I checked out Of the hotel I paid £40 not £32 as advertised.
