My partner and I had a wonderful time but:
1) Restaurant seating seemed much too close in light of COVID restrictions. I would have liked to see more spacing
2) Very, very limited selection on the menu. Suggest changing the menu daily if keeping a limited selection
3) Breakfast wasn't very warm, although tasty
4) Restaurant not organised, staff were very busy and doing their best, would benefit from strong front of house management to organise theflow
5) no air conditioning in rooms and very hot

Stayed for a one night pamper break, great value for money, staff were very friendly an helpful an work extremely hard. Treatments were very good an the ladies in the spa were lovely. Food was lovely, will definitely be back

As every girl knows, the first wax after lockdown is something to dread. Rachel's friendly, professional and the Covid safety measures in place made me feel relaxed and confident that both mine and Rachel's safety was being taken care of. Rachel is always friendly and attentive and gave extra advice on how to take extra care after this treatment.
