Only used hot tub lovely n relaxing ,no staff around had to ask for towels while in hot tub wanted a coffee in Laura Ashley tea room no one there to serve so we left

This hotel was great. The decor was lovely, staff very friendly, the massage was amazing and the food was second to none. My only minor criticism is that the only water available was warm lemon water in the relaxation room.

We had a relaxing overnight stay with nice food and friendly service. We were surrounded by tranquil grounds so totally distanced from any noise or busy hustle and bustle.
We felt pampered with the treatments we chose, and our therapist Rachel was both very skilled and knowledgeable.
We would recommend staying here, even for a day or two, to recharge your batteries and indulge in a restful mini break.
