Unfortunately I ended up with skin marks like scabs on my back which I still have now from Saturday. Had my back waxed plenty and it's never been like this before.

Though some of the hotel decor was a bit tired we thought the staff were excellent - really helpful and friendly. The lunch we had in the bar area was excellent, with lovely views over the grounds. The breakfast was a bit disorganised, food ran out and wasn't replaced very quickly. The hot tub area was very disappointing as it looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned for days, but overall we had a lovely stay.
