The massage by Chloe was amazing. She was friendly and caring, professional and really good at what she was doing.
The spa area itself, though, is disappointing, totally tattered bathrobes, changing room and so-called relaxation room on another floor. The relaxation room is a living room with sofas, nowhere to lie down after sauna/massage, the changing room is actually a public bathroom (a bit shabby) with a big mirror, so you undress in front of the sink (door unlocked) or in the toilet stall.
