I was greeted by a lovely receptionist at the main desk of Southcrest Manor Hotel.I really enjoyed my treatment.Rachael had a lovely,friendly personality & was very knowledgeable on my sensitive nails.My chosen colours were selected & I was really happy at the wide selection of available colours.I would highly recommend Southcrest Manor Hotel for all you're beauty needs.My manicure is extremely comfortable & the result is so gorgeous.No problems or any sensitivity.Thank you so much,I will visit soon

Sinead was friendly and professional. I had an incredible deep tissue massage. Felt amazing after.

The relaxation room could do with being refreshed in decor even better being moved down stairs into a conservatory so you can look out onto the gardens. Realise one would have to be built but would give a better flow as would moving the changing area to downstairs could not fault the staff
