The staff were a real credit to the place. From check in, spa, restaurant, through to check out! They were cheerful and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. Especially Chloe who ran the spa single handed and gave the best massage/facial treatment. The hotel room was maybe a little jaded (with some questionable grouting). Personally I’d sack the plumber and give a pay rise to the other staff :) as they are definitely a reason to go back.

A really good massage from a lovely therapist. The changing rooms were the only let down - could have been cleaner and no shampoo or soap in the shower.
