There wasn't a good selection of colours and the one I did choose had zero pigment to it. The person doing the manicure managed to bring it back a little by using pigmented glitter but it definitely wasn't a manicure worth £30.

Everyone was pleasant despite it being a very dull day . Chloe was great very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease . There was no pushy sales to by the product just perfect information. Afternoon tea was tasty and the complimentary glass of bubbles a nice surprise

Had a fantastic day. Swedish massage was totally amazing Chloe was attentive welcoming and was explaining what she was doing the facial was fantastic again Chloe was talking through what she was doing. My mom had Donna for her treatments which mom loved and liked Donna for her skills and mannerisms. We are saving to come again and can't wait. Laura Ashley afternoon tea was lovely and the waitress was welcoming and professional. See you all asap.
