the hot tub didnt work , robes had bleach on them , toilets were dirty, tv in the relaxation room didnt work the tea and coffee in the relaxation room was horrible however the massages and faicals were very nice and the afternoon tea was nice

I was made at ease straight away, selected nail colour. Thoroughly enjoyed my manicure & pedicure. Rachel was attentive and very experienced in her role. Would recommend the service, especially looking forward to coming along to see Rachel for next treatment.
