My husband and I went for a birthday treat, the food was delicious, the room was lovely, we did find some rubbish left, but no big deal. The spa treatments were amazing. My second visit and loved it just as much as the first!
The staff, treatments and food were fantastic. However I found the hotel itself to be dusty/dirty and dated so I wouldn’t say it was luxury or relaxed.
Arrived 10am tiny changing/ locker area still had bin full of the previous days dirty towels. Relaxing area was a settee and a couple of chairs no where to lie down - converted bedrooms. No lock on the toilet shower in the relaxing area so couldnt use. Massage was good. Hydrotherapy pool was a jacuzzi which had no power - no benefit whatsoever. The hydrotherapy area outdoor was very poor not pleasant at all no atmosphere. Nothing to do there. Not worth the money.
