Quick and pleasant. Kathleen did a back and shoulder wax for me. A dab hand and it was over in 15 mins. Unlike other treatments waxing is something you don't want to drag on!! Salon is spotless and Kathleen was welcoming

When booking on treatwell you can select the masseuse you want. I’ve tried a few of them and my preference is Emma, and I save up especially to see her. I booked for Emma and found out Emma wasn’t there so had to try someone else. Found this very disappointing considering Emma is my regular, and the whole point of the app is to book with my preferences. I don’t think the Indian head massage was anything like the description listed. It didn’t match what I expected. Massage stopped half way through as they got the booking times wrong so had to mention this. Had a 25 minute massage as opposed to 45. Had to come down and say, which ruined my mood and relaxation. They finished the massage but five minutes early too. The whole point of a 45 minute massage is you’re paying a lot for it, for it to be 40 minutes is still frustrating.
Now I need to call in before I book to make sure I am getting the right person. Quite disappointing overall, as I work very hard to able to afford these massages.
