Arrived early and was taken straight away. Loved the way the therapist removed the dye with a water bath, no stinging at all. Just starting to fade now after 6 weeks. Would recommend 😊

So, this treatment was quite expensive. £44 for an Indian head massage which lasts 45 mins. I was in the treatment for less than 30 minutes! The room was too bright, which when lying on your back is really not relaxing. It’s a hair dressers too so you can really hear everything that’s going on because the treatment room has no music, although the woman did apologise for this. The treatment room was not clean, there was dirt on the floor and the pillow had deep ingrained stains on it. The technical aspects of the treatment were good, but as a relaxing experience? Definitely not. There was also no consultation form done...

I booked for gel mani and pedi as preparation for my holiday and have been coming here for a couple of years however I won’t be back as my appointment was cancelled at short notice with no real attempt to try to reschedule it leaving me scrambling to find somewhere else and £40 out of pocket until I get a refund which is not what anyone wants just before going on holiday.
