Not the best start as I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appointment was booked.
I was given a seat in the outdoor space and offered a bottle of water or a coffee… but I was there for 40 minutes.
The haircut was fine, I asked to rush as I had to be at a rugby game, as a result a few missed and uneven hair lines happened around my ear, but I insisted on rushing as I had to leave as we were behind.
Lovely person though.
Please just let people know that you’re running behind so we can plan.

The quality is quite poor. The nail paint started pealing off within 2 days of application. The adhesive for nail extensions isn’t very strong either. The prices are more compared to other options available in the same neighbourhood The staff is friendly and welcoming
