Not the best start as I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appointment was booked.
I was given a seat in the outdoor space and offered a bottle of water or a coffee… but I was there for 40 minutes.
The haircut was fine, I asked to rush as I had to be at a rugby game, as a result a few missed and uneven hair lines happened around my ear, but I insisted on rushing as I had to leave as we were behind.
Lovely person though.
Please just let people know that you’re running behind so we can plan.
