I booked my haircut including wash and blow dry for £35.
I requested to have a curled blow dry (or waves) and the hairdresser curled my hair like a doll. Awful, she asked if it was ok but it was too late for me to say no and I simply said "it's ok".
She put tons of sticky hairspray, my hair are still dirty after 3 washes.
After all, I was asked to pay additional £5 for the curls and I explained that
when I made the booking, the description of the service was the following:
"Your stylist finishes with a blow dry to give you bouncy curls or sleek shine."
However the beautician insisted that the service of curling was not included and I had to pay £40 in the end.
