On previous 3 occasions I have paid the same hairdressers £25 for my haircut. This time I booked with Treatwell discount and was expecting to pay £20. Was told the haircut charge was £30 (has not gone up since the last time) so, I had to pay £25. So, no discount at all!

very nice staff but the place could do with a serious clean - genuinely if I hadn't prepaid I would have considered walking out. that being said the wax was quick, thorough and relatively painless. the beautician was charming. am undecided if I would go back.
