Staff member was very friendly and the overall end result of my waxing I could not fault, however the room and equipment looked old and not very hygienic. Good value for money however a few small changes could make a big difference to the overall experience.

Quick and almost painless considering it was my first threading. The lady was helpful and caring about it being my first time and explained the process. I asked t just neaten them up and not make them thinner and she did it perfectly!
