No PPE worn by the therapist. Still doing threading by using her mouth. No hand sanitiser used prior to starting or offered to me. The front of one brow was removed so they now are very wide apart and look very odd. The edges are not clean. I’ve got to bug tweezers and re-do them. I also had to go and spend 20 on brow products so that I can balance my brows. I wouldn’t return.

Good experience and would go again but next time I will double check that All the hairs are gone as when I got home I notice that there was some hairs left
